We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. For any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange of eligible items by mail (U.S.A) or in store (V.N).
Return merchandise should be unworn, include the vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same original condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Depending on your credit card’s issuing bank and/or billing cycle, your refund may show on your next statement.
Please allow 14 business days for processing of your credit card for any return or exchange.

Please return the items(s) using postage-paid U.S return label in its original conditions for a full refund, less any original shipping cost.

We don’t actually have a return policy for purchases made at our store or at freelance.local/jacq. We stand by our goods, services and most importantly cater to customer satisfaction.
